Jake Jelinek received his Juris Doctorate degree from Wake Forest University in 1998 and is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association and the Forsyth County Bar Association. Jake provides his clients with a broad spectrum of experience. Before joining Bolton Law Group, P.A., Jake spent six years specializing in a variety of dispute resolution and litigation fields including the representation of corporate clients and the defense of medical malpractice claims. Prior to his admission to practice law, Jake spent several years working in ministry with churches in Winston-Salem and Charlotte. Before commencing his law practice, Jake also worked in the field of commercial real estate finance and consulting and was the political director of a successful congressional campaign.
Additionally, Jake is an active volunteer leader with Passion Conferences, a 501(c)(3) organization based in Atlanta, which organizes and hosts worship conferences for university aged students around the world. In his role with Passion Conferences, Jake has been involved in the leadership of events with tens of thousands of college students in attendance in venues from Atlanta, Georgia to Tokyo, Japan. Jake currently serves on a variety of boards in his local church as well as serving as a teacher of college students in his local church. A former board member of Salem Pregnancy Care Center, Jake has been a volunteer with other organizations such as Habitat for Humanity and Samaritan Ministries in Winston-Salem.
Jake holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Taylor University in Upland, Indiana; a Master of Arts degree in Christian Education from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in Wake Forest, North Carolina; and a Juris Doctorate degree from Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
Jake and his wife Erin have three children and live in Winston-Salem.
